 The Standard Charitable Foundation has awarded a $5,000 grant to the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation to support the Leadership Westmoreland program. This annual nine-month leadership development program empowers professionals in the area to learn, grow, and lead through learning experiences. Since the program’s launch in 2015, 41 local professionals have graduated from the program with 23 more set to graduate in 2018.
As a community bank that believes in making a difference, Standard Bank keeps money local by deriving its funds and lending to the communities in which it operates–ultimately helping to grow the local economy.
