​As a county-wide membership organization, the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce is able to maintain a substantial presence in a number of communities by utilizing the chapter organizational structure. Chamber chapters exist to service the unique needs of businesses and business owners in a certain geographic area.

​LAUREL HIGHLANDS CHAPTER
In 2012, the Laurel Highlands Chapter became the first chapter of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, offering a greater value to members in the areas of professional networking, educational opportunities, and business advocacy.

To better serve businesses in the Laurel Highlands, the Chamber opened an office located inside American Architectural Salvage (formerly Shop Demo Depot) in Mount Pleasant in 2013. That same year, Coffee & Connections, a morning networking event where members have an opportunity to connect with other Chamber members, was established and continues to be a monthly Chamber event. The breakfast is traditionally held on the fourth Tuesday of every month, and alternates between Hayden's Pharmacy and other various businesses in the Mount Pleasant area.

MURRYSVILLE BUSINESS & PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION CHAPTER
MBPA is a group of local professionals and business people representing Murrysville's dynamic business and professional community. The MBPA became the second chapter of the Westmoreland County Chamber of Commerce, allowing all businesses and professionals to join our effort to make Murrysville the best place to do business. Members represent all aspects of the business and professional community. Members meet on the first Thursday of each month from 7:45 to 9:00 AM at Dick's Diner, located at 4200 William Penn Highway, Murrysville.

Each year, the MBPA awards a scholarship to an outstanding graduating senior from Franklin Regional High School.
